Agreement to Terms
By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
Services Provided
SLF Perth Amboy Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Perth Amboy, NJ and surrounding areas. We offer residential and commercial fencing solutions including wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, and pool fencing. All services are subject to availability and our ability to complete the work safely and effectively.
We provide free estimates for all projects. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances discovered during installation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
You are responsible for ensuring that all payments are made on time according to the agreed schedule. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to stop work and place a lien on your property if necessary.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local HOA rules and regulations. While we can advise you on requirements, the final responsibility lies with you as the property owner.
You must provide clear access to the work area and notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other obstacles. You should also secure any pets during our work hours for everyone's safety.
Warranty and Limitations
We stand behind our work with a warranty on installation. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage from natural disasters, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist you with any warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond our control.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees. Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
